WHAT IS SMALL GROUP TRAINING?

Imagine personal training in a group environment, where each training session is timetabled and bookable. A specialist coach will guide each mixed-ability session, following a progressive programme throughout 8-week blocks. Whether you're a complete beginner or an advanced gym goer, our coaches are on hand to help you scale workouts to suit the right level of challenge for you.

HOW DO MEMBERSHIPS WORK?

Just like 1:2:1 and 2:2:1 training, your membership is based on the number of Strength sessions you attend per week. To add even more benefits to your training, each Small Group PT membership includes unlimited Sweat classes, helping you maximise your training, boost your fitness and provide you with heart-health benefits.

Each membership is on a monthly rolling basis, meaning no long contract tie-ins! We just require 1 month’s notice for any cancellations.
